介绍了汽车油泵油嘴的结构与成型工艺,采用了在滑块上设置香蕉型浇口的进料方式,达到满足全自动注射生产的要求。在模具型腔内加装压力传感器监测、控制每个型腔的压力变化,以确保每个塑件的成型质量合格。
The structure of the oil nozzle of an automotive oil pump and its moulding pro- cess were presented. To meet the requirement of whole automatic injection production, a feeding pattern using banana-like gate in the slider was adopted. The pressure change in each cavity was monitored and controlled by the pressure sensor to ensure the quality of moulding plastic parts.
