摘要
通过对多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)进行酸化处理,并将MWNTs和有机化蒙脱土(OMMT)两种纳米粒子加入到环氧树脂(EP)中,采用酸酐类固化剂固化,制得了EP/MWNTs/OMMT三相复合材料。对MWNTs酸化前后的微结构进行了观察及对三相复合材料的介电性能进行了测试。结果表明:酸化后的多壁碳纳米管在溶剂中的分散性得到很大的改善,提高了MWNTs在环氧基质中的分散性;随着MWNTs含量的增加,EP/MWNTs/OMMT复合材料的体积电阻率总体呈下降的趋势,介电常数与介质损耗呈现先下降后上升的趋势,OMMT的加入在一定程度上对EP/MWNTs/OMMT复合材料的介电性能起到了积极的作用。
By adding multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWNTs) treated by acid and organic montmorillonite (OMMT) to epoxy resin, an EP/MWNTs/MMT three-phase composite cured by anhydride curing agent was prepared. The microstructure of the unmodified and modified MWNTs was observed, and the dielec- tric properties of the three-phase composite were tested. The results show that the dispersity of the modi- fied MWNTs in solvent is improved obviously, and the dispersity of the MWNTs in epoxy resin increas- es. With the increase of MWNTs content, the volume resistivity of the EP/MWNTs/MMT composite de- creases, and the dielectric constant and dielectric loss decrease first and then increase. The addition of OMMT plays an active role in the dielectric properties of the EP/MWNTs/MMT composites to some ex- tent.
