粒状不饱和聚酯模塑料的摩擦磨损特性分析

摘要 为研究粒状不饱和聚酯模塑料的摩擦磨损特性及试验方法,以几种不饱和聚酯模塑料为研究对象,比较了不同对磨材料、摩擦时间对粒状不饱和聚酯模塑料磨损量和摩擦系数的影响。结果表明:对磨材料对粒状不饱和聚酯模塑料的耐磨性影响比较大,选用普通UP环作为对磨材料比用45钢更适合于不饱和聚酯模塑料的耐磨性测试;采用普通UP环作对磨材料时,不饱和聚酯模塑料的磨损量随对磨时间延长而不断增大,但摩擦系数变化并不严格遵循材料滑动磨损过程的一般规律。 To study the friction and wear characteristics and test method of a granular unsaturated polyes- ter moulding compound, using several kinds of unsaturated polyester moulding compound as research ob- ject, the effects of different friction pair materials and friction time on the wear loss and friction coeffi- cient of the UP moulding compound were compared. The results show that the effect of friction pair ma- terials on the wear resistance of the moulding compound is bigger, and the UP ring is more suitable than 45 steel ring for the wear resistance test of the UP moulding compound as the friction pair materi- al. Using common UP ring as friction pair material, the wear loss of the UP moulding compound increas- es with the time prolonged, but the change of friction coefficient does not strictly follow the general rule in sliding wear process.
