摘要
为研究不同环境因素下油纸绝缘极化电流特性变化规律,搭建了油纸绝缘极化电流特性测试系统,应用该系统测试了不同温度、水分和油隙下油纸绝缘体系的极化电流特性,并通过参数拟合法进行了曲面拟合。结果表明:温度升高,极化电流增大,温度主要通过影响油纸绝缘弛豫时间而影响极化电流特性;水分含量增加,极化电流增大,绝缘油和绝缘纸的直流电导率分别与油中和纸中的水分含量呈指数关系,通过极化电流法可直接得到油中和纸中的水分含量;油隙增大,极化电流初值减小,终值增大,油隙是影响油纸绝缘极化电流特性的一个不可忽略的因素,在测试分析过程中予以重视。
To study the change law of polarization current characteristic under various environmental fac- tors, a test system was built to test the polarization current characteristic of oil-paper insulation under var- ious temperatures, moisture content and oil gap, and then the results was fitted by parameter fitting meth- od. The results show that with the increase of temperature, the polarization current increases, which is af- fected by the relaxation time influenced by temperature. With the increase of moisture content, the polar- ization current increases, the DC conductivity of the insulating oil and insulating paper shows an exponen- tial relationship with the moisture content in the oil and paper respectively, and the moisture content in the oil and paper can be directly obtained by the polarization current method. With increase of oil gap, the initial value of the polarization current decreases and the final value increases, the oil gap is a non-negligible influencing factor of the polarization current of oil-paper insulation, which should be taken seriously in test and analysis process.
