摘要
以2011年8月至2012年9月间采集的113尾拟鲶高原鳅为试材,运用生物学测定和渔获物统计法对青海省北川河流域拟鲶高原鳅进行了生物学研究.结果显示:青海省北川河流域拟鲶高原鳅种群资源衰竭趋势加剧,形态学特征在不同河段有所变化;体长与全长、体长与肠长的相关性较为合理;体质量与体长的相关性关系式W=0.284 5 L1.356(r2=0.871 5),体质量与肠长的相关性关系式W=0.128 4 LT1.660(r2=0.820 6),体质量与体高的相关性关系式W=2.243 0 H0.680(r2=0.841 8);摄食率较大,充塞度级别较高,大部分为3级以上,丰满度系数为2.428.试验表明,青海大通北川河流域支流半脑山地区的溪流中发现的拟鲶高原鳅,雌雄比例不合理,性成熟个体较少,个体生长比不合理,亟待保护和增殖.
For protecting of fishery resources, biology on T. siluroides was studied with 113 samples from half Brain region branch streams of Beichuanhe Basin in Qinghai Province from August 2011 to Sep tember 2012,by using biological determination and fishing content statistics analysis. The results showed that population resources failure trend intensified and morphological characteristics changed a little in dif- ferent streams. Body length and total length, body length and intestinal long correlation had more reasona- ble. Body weight and length correlation relation W:0. 284 5LL 3~6 (F= 0. 871 5,intestinal weight and length correlation relation W=0. 128 4LT1"6G~ (r2 --0. 820 6), body weight and height correlation relation W= 2. 243 0L~~a~~ (r2 =0. 841 8). Feeding rate was big,silt degree level was higher,most above 3 levels,fullness was 2. 428. The ratio of male and female was unbalanced, sexual individual less, individual growth unreasonable. It is suggested that protection and reproduction are necessary for T. siluroide.
