摘要
螺杆转子,必须通过一定的科学方法,计算、选择出正确的扭转角。但目前为止,少有文献对转子扭转角的计算提出具体的方法。首先介绍了螺杆压缩机转子扭转角的计算原理。而后,详细描述了螺杆压缩机吸气流量的具体计算方法,以及3-5齿型转子对所对应的轴向吸气口的设计原理及方法、步骤,提供了最终的,符合实际要求的轴向吸气口形状和轴向吸气口面积数值的获取方法。最后,以有限迭代法,详细讨论和推导出了转子扭转角的计算、选择方法和具体操作步骤。
Screw rotor, must be calculated and chosen the right torsion angle by a certain scientific method. But so far, there is little literature put forward concrete methods on rotor torsion angle calculation. A t first it introduces the calculation principle of the screw compressor rotor torsion angle. And then describes in detail a calculation method of screw compressor suction flow rate, and the design principles and methods, steps about the 3-5 tooth profile rotor to the corresponding axial air inlet was described detailedly. It provides the final, in line with the actual axial air inlet shape and the method that getting area numerical of the axial air inlet. Finally, infinite iteration method, the rotor torsional angle calculation, selection method, and specific operation steps is derived and discussed in detail.
