摘要
为了研究斜齿轮齿面摩擦的动力学特性,建立了12自由度斜齿轮系统动力学模型,以时变的啮合刚度作为研究基础,并考虑了假定摩擦系数恒定、接触线上载荷均布状况下摩擦力的影响,以一斜齿轮对为研究对象,采用Newmark法求解齿轮系统的动力学响应,分析有摩擦和无摩擦两种工况下位移变化,结果表明在摩擦力作用下,垂直齿轮啮合线方向的振动加剧,对传动系统平稳有不良影响。模型亦有助于斜齿轮啮合摩擦激励变化特性的进一步研究,结论对齿轮系统的设计分析有一定参考价值。
In order to study the character of friction force in gear pairs, a 12-degree of freedom helical system dynamic model was built considering time--varying meshing stiffness and effects of friction force. Setting a pair of helical gears for example, the function of time-varying friction farce in helical gear dynamic response was analyzed after series of dynamic simulation program code had been worked out. It compared results under the situations of whether or not taking the effect of friction into consideration and verified that friction farce can strongly increase the vibration in the direction perpendicular to the line of action and do harm to the bearings. Taking varies of characters into consideration, the model can help people study the effect of friction force in gear meshing process which can play a important role in design of gear systems.
