摘要
基于自主研发的陆轨两用工程维护车的快速陆轨转换功能的需求,阐述了陆轨两用车的功能与总体结构,根据其轨道和陆面间转换的运行方式的特点,进行该系统的结构设计,构造出陆轨转换系统形态并建立三维模型。并根据平移导轨在陆轨转换过程中所受的载荷特征,对其进行可靠性设计,通过有限元方法对其刚度和强度进行校验,验证设计的合理性。在满足工作可靠性前提下,该系统特殊的结构形式及功能特点,具有广阔的市场前景。
An engineering maintenance vehicle with fast road-rail-shifting function is self--developed, and the funetionality and configuration of dual-purpose vehicles are introduced, According to the characteristics of the operation mode, it designs the structure of the system followed the functional requirements, constructs the form of road-rail-shifting system and establishes the 3D model Based on the load characteristics of the guide beam in the conversion process, the reliability design of the guide beam and its stiffness and strength check was analyzed through FEA software, which verified the rationality of the design. In the conditions of operational reliability, the special structure and features of the system, has a wide market prospect.
