摘要
以单片机C8051F020为控制核心,设计一种电池极片连续轧制生产线的纠偏控制器。电池极片的连续轧制生产线中,由于机组中的机械误差,导棍偏差,震动以及极片张力的波动等原因导致极片出现跑偏的现象。它使得极片的轧制过程中容易造成损伤,严重地影响产品质量和经济效益。在收卷工序中的纠偏系统可以有效的防止塔型卷现象。因此纠偏系统在电池极片连续轧制生产线中起重要的作用。进而取代PLC控制方式,在完成生产需要的同时,降低了成本。对纠偏控制器的硬件设计进行了介绍,应用PID算法对软件程序进行设计。试验结果表明满足实际生产需要。
/t designs a correction controller of the battery pole-piece continuous roUing production line with MCU C8051F020 as the control core. There often appears wandering phenomenon when battery pole piece is in continuous rolling production line, due to the mechanical error and deviation, the guide rod vibration and sheet tension fluctuation in the unit. It makes the pole piece rolling process easy to cause damage, seriously affecting the quality of the products and economic benefits. Correction system in the winding process can effectively prevent the tower type roll phenomenon~ So rectifying system in battery pole piece plays an important role in the continuous rolling production line.Then it replaces the control mode of PLC, in the completion of the production while reducing the cost. It introduces the design of the correction controller hardware, and PID algorithm is applied to the design of software prograr The test results show that it meets the practical needs of productior~
