3D Model and Kinematics Simulation of ORAC CNC Bench Lathe

摘要 在完成对教学研究型ORAC数控车床的测量后,利用Pro/E软件对其进行了三维建模及装配连接,然后运用Pro/Mechanism模块严格按照机床的自由度约束实现了机床主轴及X、Y方向的运动仿真并且介绍了具体的操作方法,真实再现了数控车床的运动机理。由于机床的部分外壳及挡板采用了透明的处理并且获取了主轴箱及进给工作台的的爆炸视图,使得学生对机床内部零部件的运动有了直观形象的认识;而通过机床的运动仿真使得学生对数控车床的运动机理有了全方位多角度的感受理解。 After completing the measurement of teaching research ORAC CNC bench lathe ,it uses Pm/E software to proceed on three-D models and assembly connection, then uses Pro/Mechanism modules in strict accordance with the machine tools of freedom constraints to achieve the kinematics simulation of spindle, X, Y direction, and introduce specific operation method, and the movement prineiple of the CNC lathes has been reproduced realistically. As part of the shell and basle of machine tool used transparent processing, the students have intuitional and visual understanding of internal parts of the machine tool and get the exploded view of spindle box and feed table, through the kinematics simulation of the CNC lathe,the students have Omni-directional multiple perspectives feelings and understanding
