棒条参数对浆料流场影响的研究

摘要 采用流体动力学软件FLUENT对浆料流经缝隙的过程进行了数值模拟,得到了浆料流经缝隙的压力分布图以及速度矢量局部放大图,显示了涡流的分布情况,计算了不同楔形角和缝宽下的流场分布。结果表明,涡流的大小位置要合适,太大和太小或者位置不当都不利于纸浆有效纤维的流入,浆料流速随楔形角的增大而增大,筛网上产生的压力降随缝宽的减小而增大。所以对于棒条结构参数要选择合适的标准以获得最大的生产能力同时又不影响筛选质量。流场分析为棒条参数的选择提供了理论支撑,对提高纸浆筛选设备的使用性能具有有重要的意义。 The process of the slurry flowing through the gap is numerically simulated by the fluid dynamics software FLUENT. The pressure distribution diagram and the partially enlarged view of velocity vector are obtained about slurry through the slit. The distribution of the eddy is showed. The flow field distribtaion under different slit width and wedge angle is calculated. The results are showed clearly. The size and position of eddy should be right. Too big, too small or improper location is not conducive effectively to inflows of pulp effective fiber. The flow velocity of slurry is increased with increase of the wedge angle. The pressure drop on the screen is increased with decrease of seam width.So for the appropriate standard of bars structure should be selected to obtain the maximum production capacity of screening without affecting quality. The theoretical support for select of parameters of bars is provided by analysis of flow field. It is significant to improve the performance of pulp screening equipment.
