平面零件装配模型配置空间递进式生成方法

摘要 在机械装配模型构成变拓扑机构时,它的不同形态机构的位姿参数区域拼合成该模型的整体运动参数区域,称之为装配模型的复合配置空间(Composite configuration space,CCS)。面向CCS的自动构建问题,提出一种平面实体装配模型配置空间递进式生成方法。该方法对于平面实体CAD装配模型中某特定面面接触状态,通过零件逐个加入时面面接触状态矩阵、各零件位姿矩阵和配置区域的递进式变化,逐步更新生成配置空间。该工作为进一步生成装配模型所有接触状态下的复合配置空间打下了基础。 Composite configuration space (CCS) is a union of motion parameter domains of the mechanisms with variable topologies formed by varying part suoeace-surface contact relationships in a mechanical assembly. As a preliminary research work on automatic generation of assembly's CCS, it presents an incremental approach for generating configuration space of planac part assembly. For a specified part-contact state of the assembly, the approach starts with the initial configuration space of a two-part subassembly, and incrementally updates the face -face contact matrix, part location matrices and the configuration parameter domain as other parts are added into the assembly one by one. The above work lays a foundation for further research on generating CCS of assembly model with variable topologies.
