摘要
切削参数的合理选择对工件的表面粗糙度有着重要影响,通过单变量实验法,研究了硬质合金平底刀具和高速钢球刀在不同切削参数条件下对Q235A型普通碳素结构钢表面粗糙度的影响情况,获得了平底硬质合金刀在不同切削速度、进给量、背吃刀量下的表面粗糙度的变化曲线;球刀加工中,通过加工不同倾斜角的斜面,观察不同倾斜角度对表面粗糙度的影响情况,从而研究曲面加工中不同曲率对表面粗糙度的影响情况。实验所得不同切削参数与表面粗糙度变化曲线对Q235A型材料的实际加工具有很好的指导作用。

In the process of ball knife, the different angles of the inclined surface is machining in order to observe the inclination angle on the surface roughness thus getting influence of surface roughness for different curvature. The experiments obtains different cutting parameters and surface roughness curve and has a good guide to the role the Q235A-type materials processing.
