摘要 针对"三维模型下车间"的需求,提出并设计了面向数控加工仿真的产品模型变型设计系统(MO-VDS)。系统利用微软的Microsoft Visual C++2008作为开发语言,Pro/Toolkit作为开发工具,结构设计模型作为开发对象,实现了用于数控加工精确模拟的工艺参考模型生成。研究了设计模型、工艺参考模型和动态工艺模型的定义及内在逻辑关系。详细阐述了工艺参考模型的构建步骤及实现方法。同时,对设计模型、工艺参考模型和动态工艺模型在PDM中存储过程进行了描述。最后给出了系统的应用实例。 Facing the demand of 3D model is transmitted to workshop, the product model variant design system( MO-VDS ) is put forward and designed for NC machining simulation. The accurate technology reference model used for NC machining simulations is generated using Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 as developing language, Pro/Toolkit as developing tool and structure design model as developing object. The definitions and logical relationships of design model, technology reference model and dynamic technology model are researched. The construction methods of technology reference model are elaborated. Meanwhile, the storage processes in PDM for design model, technology reference model and dynamic technology model are described. Finally, an application example of this system is implemented.
