摘要 The RCEP is a cooperation framework designed to safeguard ASEAN’s "centrality." Its objective – which is to promote regional integration by integrating five bilateral FTAs – will not be an easy task. The task will be made even more difficult by the fact that ASEAN does not intend to deviate from its approach of "putting process over progress."
