摘要
研究了基于ATMEGA16单片机控制纯电动汽车的PWM调速控制系统的设计方法。设计开发了以ATMEGA16单片机为核心的控制器、IGBT功率驱动模块及能量最优程序代码;完成了利用无刷直流电机的霍尔信号与逻辑驱动信号的关系来控制电机的转动和方向;利用模块的自带功能来实现电机的限流保护、欠压保护、短路保护等保护功能,具有效率高,电路简单,成本较低的优点。
The paper based on the single chip microcomputer ATMEGA16 adjust the speed of PWM control system of electric car. It designs and develops the ATMEGA16 MCU as the core controller, IGBT power drive module and energy optimal program code; using the relation between Hall signal of brushless direct current motor and the signal of logical drive control the rotation and direction of the motor, its own function of modules to realize the current limiting protection, under-voltage protection, short circuit protection and others in motor, which has some advantates.including high efficiency, simple circuit, low cost.
