摘要
电动车设备中主线束的质量是影响整车可靠性的关键因素之一,针对传统测试难度大、周期长,提出了一种线束自动测试系统,该系统包括智能测试终端和PC控制分析软件两部分组成,给出了硬件电路设计和软件设计。系统能够快速、准确地完成线束通断测试,检测出所有可能存在的接触不良,断路错误。大大提高测试人员的检测速度和产品质量的可靠性。
The quality of the main harness in electronic car affects the reliability which is one of the key factors. In view of the traditional test, it has a long life cycle, and hard difficulty. This paper proposes a cable automatic test system, this system consists of intelligent test terminal and PC control analysis software, and it also presents the hardware circuit design and software design. It can complete quickly and accurately cable on-off test, including all test personnel' s detection speed and reliability possible bad contact, break error. It greatly improves the of the product quality.
