自体外周血干细胞移植治疗晚期实体瘤疗效观察

High - dose Chemotherapy with Autologous Peripheral Blood Stem - cell Support for Advanced Solid Tumors

目的：观察自体外周血干细胞移植治疗１７例对常规化疗无效的晚期实体瘤疗效。方法：对晚期实体瘤１７例患者，应用 ｒｈＧ— ＣＳＦ联合化疗进行干细胞动员采集、冻存，然后应用大剂量化疗进行治疗，４８小时后进行于细胞回输，严密观察干细胞移植指标、患者临床反应，然后按ＷＨＯ抗肿瘤药物评定标准进行疗效评定。结果：１７例患者干细胞移植全部获得成功。１７例中１６例有效，有效率为９４％，其中ＣＲ ８例为４７ ０％，ＰＲ ８例为４７．０％，１６例患者生活质量均得到明显提高。结论：自体外周干细胞移植治疗对常规化疗无效的晚期实体瘤是可以选择的有效方法。

Objective: Clinical effects of high - dose chemotherapy with autologous peripheral blood stem - cell support in 17 patients with advanced solid tumor who did not respond to conventional chemotherapy were observed. Methods: Seventeen patients received CSF with chemotherapy in mobilization of hematopoietic stem - cells. Then sufficient stem - cells were collected and frozen. All patients were treated with high - dose chemotherapy. Hematopoietic stem - cells were transfused 48 hours after high dose chemotherapy. Transplant index and clinical response were closely observed. The therapeutic effects were evaluated according to the criteria of WHO for anti - cancer drugs. Results: The transplantation of autologous peripheral blood stem- cells in all patients were successful. Sixteen of 17 patients were effective, and the response rate was 94 % (CR 8. 47 %, PR 8. 47 % ). The life quality of 16 patients improved significantly. Conclusion: High - dose chemotherapy with autologous peripheral blood stem - cell support is an effective method to be chosen for failure to respond to conventional chemotherapy in advanced solid tumors.
