摘要
为提高螺纹参数检测的精度及速度,对其参数图像进行数字处理技术研究。介绍数字图像处理在螺纹检测中的应用。通过对螺纹图像采取预处理、中值滤波、边缘检测等方法实现对螺纹边缘的提取,并给出Matlab软件实现方法及螺纹几何尺寸的测量算法。结果表明:该软件能实现螺纹几何尺寸的非接触测量,测量速度快、精度高。
In order to improve the precision and speed of thread parameter detection, it is necessary to study digital processing technology of parameter image. Introduce the application of digital image processing technology in the detection of thread. Through carrying out preprocessing, median filtering, edge extraction methods on thread edge, realize thread image edge extraction. Then put forward Matlab thread geometry size. The results show that the software with the fast measurin speed and high accuracy. software realization method and the measurement algorithm for can realize the non-contact measurement of thread geometry size
