双特异性抗体的临床应用进展

摘要 天然的单体抗体分子具有两条相同的配基识别臂,若将其中配基识别臂替换,使其能够结合另一种配基,即成为双特异性抗体(bispecificantibody,BsAb)。早在19世纪末BsAb就被描述为专门针对微生物,而保留正常宿主细胞能力的一种化学物质。其特点是在同一抗体分子的两个抗原结合臂,可同时结合两个不同的抗原,一个与靶抗原结合;另一个与免疫效应细胞上的标志抗原结合,能在靶细胞和功能分子(细胞)之间架起桥梁,激发具有导向性的免疫反应。本文仅就BsAb临床上的应用进行简要综述如下。
