DM2患者不同Hcy及Cys-C水平与大血管病变的关系 被引量:6

Relationship Between Homocysteine and Cystatin C and Macroangiopathy in DM2 Diabetics

摘要 目的:探讨同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)及胱抑素C(Cys-C)水平变化与2型糖尿病(DM2)大血管病变的关系。方法:随机选择DM2无并发症患者138例,糖尿病大血管病变患者122例;正常对照组100例。检测各组中血清Hcy及Cys-C水平的变化,分析两者与糖尿病大血管病变之间的关系。结果:糖尿病大血管病变组患者的Hcy、Cys-C、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、病程均显著高于糖尿病无并发症组及正常对照组。高Hcy组大血管病变发生率、Cys-C水平及病程显著高于正常Hcy组(P<0.05);相关分析显示,糖尿病大血管病变组与Hcy、CysC显著相关(OR=1.618,P<0.05;OR=1.216,P<0.05)。结论:血清Hcy、Cys-C水平升高是糖尿病大血管病变的危险因素。 Objective To investigate the correlation between the changes no serum levels of homocysteine (Hcy) , cystatin C(Cys-C) and macroangiopathy in patients with Type 2 Diabetes. Methods Randomized selected DM2 260 patients, 122 patients with macroangiopathy (DMMV group) and the 138 patients without complication (DMN group) and 100 normal healty conbrols (CON group). The variation of serum Hey and Cys-C of all groups were observed, and the correlation of serum Hcy and Cys-C levels with macroangiopathy were analyzed. Results The serum concentrations of Hey and Cys-C were significantly higher in DMMV group than that of DMN group and CON group. The prevalence of macroangiopathy showed higher in patients with hyperhomocysteinemia than that without ones (P 〈 0.05), the Cys-C level and the course of disease expressed higher in patients with hyperhomocysteinemia. Diabetic macroangiopathy indicated positively correlated with that of serum levels Hcy and Cys-C. Conclusion The elevation of serum Hcy, Cys-C levels are risk factors of diabetic macroangiopathy.
