Discussion of Quality Check on the Finite Element Model for Civil Aircraft

介绍了民用飞机有限元模型质量检查内容,提出了网格质量检查项目及方法,给出了有限元单元几何检查建议值,介绍了刚度检查、静平衡检查、自由振动检查、热膨胀检查、"接地"检查等模型质量检查方法。

The contents of quality check of the finite element model（FEM）for civil aircraft are introduced in this paper. The items and methods used to verify the mesh quality of the FEM are proposed. The recommended check values of finite element geometries are illustrated. The methods used to do quality check of the FEM, such as stiff- ness check, static equilibrium check, free-free vibration check, free thermal expansion check, ground check, and etc, are introduced.
