ZVS移相全桥电路尖峰抑制方法的研究

摘要 移相全桥电路开关管的高频通断会产生高频电压振荡和电压尖峰,本文分析了尖峰产生的几个主要原因,给出了相应的抑制方法,并通过试验验证了相关措施的有效性。 The high frequency on-off action of the switch in the phase-shifted full-bridge zerovoltage-switching PWM eonverter is able to arise high frequency oscillation and voltage spike. In this paper, the reasons and restraining methods are discussed, and the experiment results are also given.
