公路工程项目成本控制是提高公路工程项目整体经济效益的重点内容。结合目前公路工程项目成本管理的特点,对如何构建设合理科学的公路工程项目成本控制体系进行分析和探讨,提出在实施成本控制的过程中,应该建立全面成本控制的体系,从工程开始到结束的每一个环节,都应该贯穿成本控制的思想。

The cost-control system is key to increase the economic efficiency of highway project. Combined with features of cost-control of highway project, this paper analyzes how to build a scientific cost-control system of highway project, and puts forward that a comprehensive cost-control system should be established and carried out in each step of the highway project.
