随着我国公路建设规模和建设速度的不断提升,公路建设市场的竞争愈加激烈。鉴于此,对新时期公路工程项目管理机制和策略进行研究,有助于提升公路施工企业的可持续发展和我国公路工程项目管理质量。
With the continuous improvement of China's highway construction scale and speed, the competition of highway construction market heeomes more and more intense. Given this, it studies the mechanisms and strategies of highway project management in new era, which can help to enhance the sustainable development of highway construction enterprises and the quality of highway project management in China.
