银杏叶制剂溶出液中槲皮素、山奈素与异鼠李素的HPLC测定方法研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的建立银杏叶制剂的溶出液中槲皮素、山奈素与异鼠李素的HPLC测定法。方法色谱柱为DiamonsilC18柱(200mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇一体积分数为0.4%磷酸水溶液(体积比为55:45),流速为0.8mL·min-1;检测波长为360nm。结果槲皮素、山奈素和异鼠李素的线性范围分别为0.75~150mg·L-1、0.65~130mg·L-1和0.3—60mg·L-1;平均回收率分别为100.0%、99.1%和99.7%,RSD分别为1.8%、2.0%和1.9%(n=9)。结论该方法简便、可行,结果准确,重现性好,为银杏叶制剂的溶出液中槲皮素、山奈素与异鼠李素的测定提供可靠的方法。 Objective To study and test the dissolution rate in osmotic pump and extended action tablet of ginkgo leaf. Methods By the methods of UV spectrophotometry, we studied the dissolution conditions in osmotic pump and extended action tablet of ginkgo leaf. Diamonsil C18 column was used as chromatographic column,and metha- nol-0. 4% orthophosphoric acid water solution as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was set at 360 nm. With a flow rate at 0. 8 mL-min-1. Results There was a good linear relationship when meletin and kaempferol and isorhamnetin were in the range of 0. 75- 150 mg ·L-1 ,0. 65- 130 mg·L-1 ,0. 3-60 mg ·L-1. The average recoveries were 100. 0% ,99. 1% and 99. 7% ,respectively,RSD were 1.8% ,2. 0% and 1.9% ,respectively. Con- clusions This method is simple in operation, high in sensitivity and good in reproducibility, and can be used for the determination of the dissolution rate of ginkgo leaf osmotic pump and extended-release tablet.
