摘要
基于webgis的雷电数据共享发法，利用wms的方式实现闪电定位数据的可视化，即通过采用地理信息服务器Mapserver，将存储在Oracle数据库中的闪电定位数据以wins的方式进行发布，方便山西省气象业务内网用户的查询和检索，提高了我省闪电定位数据的共享能力。
