复合菌肥与化肥配施对寒旱区苜蓿生长特性及土壤养分的影响 被引量:13

摘要 以种植第2年的金皇后苜蓿为材料,在寒旱区大田条件下,利用完全随机区组设计,研究磷肥、混合菌肥(溶磷菌与固氮菌)及磷肥与混合菌肥配施对寒旱区苜蓿生长及土壤养分的影响。结果表明:不同处理对苜蓿生长特性及土壤肥力具有不同程度的影响。不同施肥处理对苜蓿茎叶比影响不显著,75%的磷肥+菌肥处理对苜蓿茎粗影响最显著。单施磷肥、菌肥及磷肥与微生物菌肥配施处理均能提高苜蓿产量,单施磷肥,苜蓿鲜、干草产量最高,较对照提高27.312%和16.7%,其次为25%磷肥+菌肥处理,其他处理对苜蓿产量影响不显著。施肥处理对有机质影响不显著,全部混合菌肥和菌肥代替50%磷肥处理对土壤碱解氮含量、25%磷肥+菌肥处理对全氮、菌肥代替50%磷肥处理对土壤速效磷及速效钾影响显著。通过灰色关联度分析表明,不同处理对植物及土壤影响次序为:单施磷肥>50%磷肥+菌肥>25%磷肥+菌肥>固氮菌>混合菌肥>75%菌肥+磷肥>ck。 With a randomized complete block design to investigate the effects of different fertilizers on the growth of alfalfa and soil nutrient content. The results showed that different fertilizers have different effects on alfalfa growth and soil fertility. Different fertilizers had not significant effects on the ratio of stem and leaf,but T3 had the most significant influence on alfalfa stem diameter. The fresh others under treatment T1 and increased about 27. 312% and 16.7% than ferent treatments had not significant effects on organic matter. However, alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen under T2 and T4,total nitrogen under T5 and and hay yields were the highest than CK respectively,followed by T5. Dif- There were significant effects on soil soil available P and available K under T4. Through gray relation analysis and cluster analysis indicated the total amount of phosphate fertilizer or mi- crobial fertilizer instead of 50% phosphate fertilizer had better effects on soil fertility and alfalfa growth in cold and arid regions.
