摘要
以离体结缕草(Z73)匍匐茎为材料,探讨离体匍匐茎在高温38℃(日)/30℃(夜),常温28℃(日)/20℃(夜)和低温18℃(日)/10℃(夜)连续贮藏2周后的再生活力。结果表明:高温对结缕草匍匐茎的再生活力影响最大,贮藏初期存活势和存活率急剧下降,2周后匍匐茎全部死亡,并严重影响地上生物量和地下生物量;而低温和常温贮藏2周,对结缕草的地上生物量影响差异不显著,但会显著降低地下生物量;常温与低温贮藏对结缕草的存活势和存活率等表观生长指标的影响均较小。
In order to explore the variation of growth indexes of the isolated stolons of Zoysia japonica (Z73) in saturation moisture content at high temperature 38 ℃ (day)/30 ℃ (night),normal temperature 28 ℃ (day)/20 ℃(night) and low temperature 18 ℃ (day)/10 ℃ (night) for two weeks respectively. The results showed that high temperature had a strong influence on regeneration energy of Z. japonica isolated stolons in early storage. The survival potential, aboveground biomass, underground biomass and survival rate declined sharply and stolons all died after two weeks. However, underground biomass would be significantly decreased under low temperature and normal temperature. The infulance of survival potential, survival rate, tiller number and aboveground biomass under high temperature and low temperature were low.
