摘要
以无芒雀麦(Bromus inermis)和白三叶(Trifolium repens)为对象,研究了不同施氮浓度0、6、12、24g/(m2·a),对2种牧草的氮代谢物质积累的影响,结果表明,2种牧草的叶绿素、叶氮、可溶性蛋白、精氨酸和脯氨酸含量等氮代谢物指标均随氮处理浓度的增加出现显著增加(P<0.05)。除可溶性蛋白以外的各项指标在24g/(m2·a)处理时达到峰值。其中,白三叶和无芒雀麦叶绿素含量分别比对照增加了20.0%、122.9%,叶氮含量分别比对照增加了153.7%、76.5%,精氨酸含量分别比对照增加了142.5%、301.6%。说明不同施氮浓度对无芒雀麦和白三叶的氮代谢物积累有明显的促进作用,而且对无芒雀麦的促进作用比白三叶更明显。
Abstract. In order to reveal the impact of atmospheric nitrogen deposition on legume and gramineous for- age,taking Bromus inermis and Trrifolium repens as the objects,study the effects of N input on nitrogen me-tabolite accumulation. The treatments consisted of Control(0gN·m^-2·a^-1),LowN (6gN·m^-2·a^-1),Me-dium N (12 gN ·m^-2·a^-1) and High N(24 gN·m^-2·a^-1). Results indicated that N deposition afected the ni- trogen metabolite accumulation. Nitrogen addition at all levels afected the chlorophyll content,the leaf nitrogen content, the Arg content and the soluble protein content of Bromus inerrnis and Trrifoliurn repens, all the indi- cators except for the proline content showed a increasing trend with increasing N additions. However, these indi- cators changed differently between Bromus inermis and Trrifolium repens. From these results, we can speculate that the effects of nitrogen deposition on gramineous bigger than legumes.
