摘要
在前人研究基础之上,借鉴跨文化交际学和文化适应等理论,以定性和定量相结合的方法对外籍教师来温州后在新文化环境中的适应情况,以及影响其文化适应的因素进行研究,提出促进其适应当地文化的措施。
Based on the previous research and theories of cross-cultural studies and enculturation,the author mainly uses quantitative and qualitative methods to study the adaptation of the foreign teachers working in Wenzhou Area to new cultural environment and its influencing factors,and thus puts forwards some measures for promoting their cultural adaptation.
