高校学生公寓化管理的提出最早在1987年,2000年1月起全国高校后勤社会化进程加快,学生公寓的隶属关系也悄然发生了变化,学生公寓的管理模式的探讨方兴未艾。通过学生公寓管理的文献和实证研究,厘清学生公寓社会化进程中存在的问题,初步提出了学生公寓管理模式未来发展方向。

College student apartment management was put forward in 1987. Since the January of 2000, national university rear service socialization is developing fast, and the membership of student apartment is also changing quietly, which is just unfolding the management model of student apartments. This article puts forward the future development direction of management model of student a partments through the literature and empirical study of student apartment management, and through the clarification of the problems in student apartments in the socialization process.
