人文精神是大学生必须具备的基本素质,是大学生实现自我价值的基础。大学生人文精神的培养,重在人格重建,重在人文价值重建,重在大学人文氛围重建。培养大学生人文精神,对于我国高等教育思想和观念的重大突破和重要变革,对于21世纪中国落实科学发展观,对于当代中国培养高素质人才,对于提高大学生自身素质具有重大的意义。而我国当代大学生人文精神严重缺失的一些现状表现,却不得不引起我们去寻找培养大学生人文精神的有效措施和方法。

Human spirit is the basic quality that college students must possess, and it is also the foundation to accomplish their self-worth. The cultivation of college human spirit should focus on personality reconstruction, human value reconstruction and college human environment reconstruction. Cultivating college students＇ human spirit has great significance for the breakthrough and significant changes in our high educational thought and conception, the accomplishment of our scientific development conception in the 21st century, the cultivation of contemporary high-quality talents, and the enhancement of college students＇ self-qualities. However, there is a serious lack in China＇ s contemporary college students＇ human spirit. So we have to search after the effective measures and methods to cultivate college students＇ human spirit.
