摘要
针对国内缺少故障预测与健康管理(prognostics and health management,PHM)验证评估平台的现状,在深入研究国外典型PHM测试床基础上,以飞机典型机电子系统——燃油测量系统为例,提出PHM测试床设计方案,采用NI虚拟仪器和PXI总线模块仪器设计并实现PHM测试床故障注入功能,解决PHM验证中数据源匮乏的问题。实验表明:系统能有效再现故障模式,为PHM技术提供验证评估平台,对机电系统PHM通用化验证平台研究有参考价值。
Aiming at the domestic status of lacking of validation and evaluation platform for prognostics and health management (PHM), the paper proposed the scheme of PHM test-bed design based on deep study of the typical PHM test-bed abroad and took the typical aircraft electromechanical subsystem fuel measurement system as an example. It used NI virtual instrumentation and PXI modular instrument to design and realize the fault injection of PHM test- bed, which can solve the problem that experimental data for PHM validation is insufficient. The experimental results show that system can make the faults reappear effectively and therefore provide a validation and evaluation platform for PHM technology. It is a useful reference for the general PHM validation platform research of electromechanical systems.
