摘要
目的 研究纳米态红色元素硒对小鼠免疫功能的调节及对免疫性肝损伤的保护作用。方法 昆明小鼠灌喂纳米态红色元素硒 ,观察其对小鼠免疫功能的调节。采用卡介苗和脂多糖造成 BABI/ C小鼠免疫性肝损伤 ,观察纳米态红色元素硒对小鼠免疫性肝损伤的保护作用。结果 低剂量组小鼠体液和细胞免疫功能有显著提高。中、高剂量组小鼠巨噬细胞、体液和细胞免疫功能有显著提高 ,3种剂量都未对小鼠造成免疫抑制 ;纳米态红色元素硒对小鼠的肝脏充血、浊肿、脂肪变性、坏死病理变化有明显改善作用。
Objective To research the regulation on immune function and the protection on liver immune injury of nano red elemental selenium.Methods Kunming Mice were given intragastrically nano red elemental selenium for 15 days,the immune index were observed.The immune liver injuries of BABI/C mice were induced by BCG and LPS,the protective effect of nano red elemental selenium were observed.Results High and medium dose all could increase immune index of phagocytic ratio,IgM PFC,DTH,NK activity significantly.Low dose increased immune index of humoral immunity and NK activity significantly.The immune suppression was not found of three doses.Nano red elemental selenium obviously alleviated the histopathologic changes including liver hyperaemia,claude swelling,fatty degeneration and necrosis.Conclusions Nano red elemental selenium has double regulation on immune function for mice.
