企业文化对信息系统应用效果影响的实证研究

摘要 本文采用Cameron和Quinn的4个维度的组织文化量表,设置员工满意、运营水平和管控水平3条文化作用途径,分析企业文化对信息系统应用效果的影响。提出了12条假设,构建了相应的结构方程模型,通过AMOS软件对200份有效问卷进行实证研究,得出了宗族型、活力型和市场型文化对信息系统应用效果有显著影响的结论。
