文中提出了机械类专业学生校外生产实习的管理与教学模式,说明了实习管理组织机构的组成,以及在实习期间实施管理的任务、职责及责任。分析并阐述了生产实习先导课程、实习讲座、车间操作实习以及参观实习等的教学方法。根据模糊数学对事物的模糊综合评价理论,建立了学生生产实习成绩考核的模糊综合评价模型,介绍了生产实习成绩的模糊综合评价方法。

A management and teaching mode of the production practice outside campus for students of mechanical engineering was presented. Firstly, the organization structure of practice management was given, and the tasks, duties and responsibilities of the management during the practice period were introduced. Then the course before practice, practice lectures, practice in workshop, and visiting were described as teaching methods. Finally, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of student production practice aehievement check, based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory, was established, and the practice grade fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was recommended.
