6S在土建类试验室中的应用

Application of 6S Management in the Training Room of Civil Engineering Testing and Detection

将6S管理和施工企业土建类试验室岗位从业标准融合在一起,制定具有特色的6S管理制度,将其引入到高职校内土建类试验与检测实训室,建立了标准化土建类试验室。利用现场教学和顶岗实习的机会,与施工企业合作,在土建类工地试验室推行具有特色的6S管理方法。实践证明:在土建类试验室推行6S管理是可行的,不仅创新了土建类试验室的管理模式,而且还培养了学生的职业素养。

6S management system has been developed by combining positions employment standards of the civil engineering laboratory with 6S management, which is introduced into the civil engineering testing and detection laboratory of the vocational college. As the result, the civil engineering standardized training rooms were established. 6S management has been implied in the civil engineering laboratory in cooperation with construction enterprises while taking advantage of on-site teaching and internship. Through the practice of proof, to apply the 6S management into the civil engineering laboratory is applicable, it does not only innovate on management model of civil engineering laboratory, but also improve the cultivation of students＇ professional quality.
