教学多媒体管理与维护探讨

Management and Maintenance of Multimedia Teaching

多媒体作为超媒体的一个重要子集,已经广泛地应用于社会生产、生活的各个领域,其中教学用多媒体已经成为现代教学不可或缺的工具。由于教学的特殊环境及教学用多媒体在整个教学过程中的特殊作用,决定了教学多媒体管理与维护工作要求故障率尽可能低,问题处理即时、高效。基于现实的高标准、高要求,开展教学用多媒体的管理与维护的研究对保证教学、促进教育事业的发展颇具现实意义。文中阐述了作者参与电子科技大学成都学院多媒体电教设备的建设、管理、维护工作中的一些方法、技巧和经验,将结合实践重点探讨网络与监控在管理工作中的实际应用及多媒体使用培训两方面。

Multimedia as a media is an important subset, which has been widely applied in social production, in all areas of life, ineluding teaching with multimedia which has become an indispensable tools of modem teaching. Because of the special environment of teaching and the use of multimedia in the teaching process of the special role, it decided that the multimedia teaching management and maintenance requires low failure rate, efficient processing instant. Based on the reality of high standards, high demand, carrying out teaching with multimedia management and maintenance of the study on guarantee of teaching, promoting the development of education of practical significance. In this paper, the author participates in the University of Electronic Science and technology Chengdu University multimedia audio-visual equipment construction, management, maintenance work, combining with practice focuses on network and monitoring in the management of multimedia application and user training of two aspects, but also muhimedia routine maintenance, maintenance of some methods, skills, experience simply do this.
