Problems and Solutions of the New-major's Laboratory Construction

针对新增专业的实验室建设的特点,分析了在建设过程中面临的一些问题:缺乏整体规划和长远目标;规划者与管理者难统一;投资缺乏顺序性。对高效合理的实验室建设与管理进行了一些探讨并提出了针对性的解决意见,要明确建设目标;加强制度建设;合理配置资源;完善管理体系;注重队伍培养,使实验室建设朝着良性循环的方向发展,从而更好地服务教学科研和人才培养。

According to the characteristics of the new-major＇s laboratory construction, this paper analyzed some questions in the process of construction. Problems are mainly concentrated on the following aspects. These are ： the lack of overall planning and longterm target, planners and managers difficult unity, investment lack of order. This paper discussed how to improve laboratory construction and management and give opinion about the questions. The construction goal must be clear about, strengthen the system construction, rational allocation of resources, perfect management system, pay attention to team training. It makes the laboratory construction toward the direction of the virtuous cycle development, so as to better serve the teaching and scientific research and personnel training.
