Ⅰ类切口手术预防用抗菌药物调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Type Ⅰ Incision Operation of Prophylactic Antimicrobial Drug

目的：探讨Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药物临床使用情况，评价Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药物使用的合理性，以期促进抗菌药物临床合理使用。方法：采用回顾性调查方法，搜集我院2012年1～6月Ⅰ类切口手术（甲状腺手术、乳腺手术、疝气修补术）病例预防使用抗菌药物的品种、用药频率、给药时间及疗程等，对其进行调查分析。结果：1200例Ⅰ类切口手术使用抗菌药物的有504例，使用率为42％；其中合理使用424例，占84．13％，不合理用药80例，占15．87％；二联用药6例，占1．19％。结论：Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药物的应用存在品种选用不当、预防用药时间过长等不合理现象，有待进一步规范临床用药。

Objective： To discussion on type Ⅰ incision operation in our hospital in the use of antibacterial drugs in clinical. Through assess the rationality of antimicrobial usage of type I incision operation to promote the rational use of antimicrobial drugs in our hospital. Methods： By using the method of retrospective survey, type Ⅰ incision operation survey from January to June 2012 （thyroid operation, breast operation, hernia repair） cases prophylactic use of antimicrobial drugs, drug use frequency, varieties of administration time and course of treatment were investigated. Results： There are 504 patients who use antimicrobial in 1200 patients with type Ⅰ incision operation, the use rate of 42%. The rational use of 424 cases, the qualified rate is 84. 13%, the irrational drug use accounted for 15.87%. Two drugs combination in 6 cases, accounting for 1.19%. Conclusion： Type Ⅰ incision operation application of antibacterials in our hospital, there were improper selection of preventive medication for a long time, the unreasonable phenomenon, further strengthen the management.
