摘要 将超超临界汽轮发电技术应用于空冷汽轮发电机组,可大幅提高空冷机组的发电效率,是弥补空冷汽轮发电机组高热耗的有效措施。介绍了超超临界660MW空冷汽轮机的技术优势和结构特点,其独特的结构可适应空冷发电系统对汽轮机强度和运行可靠性的要求。该机型高效、节水、安全、稳定,可供大功率空冷电厂选用,首台此类型机组已在内蒙古布连电厂投运。 Adopting "ultra-supercritical" technology used in air-cooled turbo-generator, which can greatly improving the generating efficiency, is a effective way to make up the high heat consumption of air-cooled generating unit. This paper briefly introduces the technical advantages and characteristics of ultra supercritical 660MW air-cooled steam turbine developed by Shanghai Steam Turbine Plant independently. The turbine can perfectly adapt to the unique strength and reliability requirement of air-cooled generating unit, Its characteristics of High efficiency, water saving, safety and stability that make it an excellent choice for high-power air-cooled power plant. The first unit has been put into operation in Bulian power plant in inner Mongolia.
