摘要
驱动杆是控制棒驱动机构中关键零件之一。AP1000驱动杆相对于CPR1000二代改进型驱动杆,长度尺寸增加,其坯件由管材改为棒材制造,内孔13.46mm由深孔加工完成,其加工难度较高。对AP1000驱动杆的加工工艺进行了分析与比较,采用的工艺技术,可以满足非能动设计理念对驱动杆制造技术提出的要求。
Drive Rod is an important part in CRDM. AP1000 drive rod compared with improved drive rod of CPR1000 Generation 2, AP1000 drive rod length is increased, its blanks have been changed from tubes to bars in fabrication, inner hole, 13.46 is accomplished by machining of deep holes at both ends, which remarkably raises machining difficulty. This article has analyzed and compared AP1000 drive rods' machining process on the basis of understanding of Passive Design Idea, and can meet the requirements raised by Passive Design Idea for drive rod manufacturing technique through manufacturing technique adopted during production.
