组蛋白乙酰化修饰在儿童哮喘中的作用及糖皮质激素治疗 被引量:1

摘要 支气管哮喘(哮喘)在儿童中发病率日趋增高,越来越多的研究发现表观遗传学在哮喘发病中起重要作用,其中最重要的即为组蛋白乙酰化与去乙酰化修饰,分别由组蛋白乙酰基转移酶(HAT)和组蛋白去乙酰基酶(HDAC)所催化,通过引起Th1/Th2失衡、增加气道高反应性、调节各种炎症介质等介导哮喘发病。该文综述HAT和HDAC介导哮喘发病的最新及其他可能机制、糖皮质激素治疗儿童哮喘的表观学机制,以期能指导从组蛋白乙酰化作为切入点。 The incidence of bronchial asthma in children is increasing nowadays. More and more studies have showed that epigenetics plays an important role in the pathogenesis of asthma. One of them are histone modification( acetylation and deacetylation) ,which is catalyzed by histone acetyltransferase (HAT) and histone deacetylase (HDAC). HAT and HDAC can mediate asthma via causing Th1/Th2 imbalance,increased airway hyperresponsiveness,regulation of various inflammatory medium and so on. This paper reviews the HAT and HDAC mediated incidence of asthma and other possible mechanisms, the latest of glucocorticoid in the treatment of children with asthma epigenetic mechanisms.
