低出生体重对儿童智力及行为影响的研究

The Effect of the Children Born With Low Birth Weight on Thier Intelligence and Their Behaviour

目的 探讨低出生体重对儿童智力及行为的影响。 方法 选择低出生体重儿以后生长发育并无明显异常的儿童 6 0例 ,分为两组 ,每组 30例 ,一组为足月小样儿 ;另一组为早产低出生体重儿。在 6岁时进行智力、神经心理功能及行为的广泛评定 ,并与正常分娩的 6岁儿童 30例进行对比。 结果 应用韦氏 (Wechsler)幼儿智力量表 (长沙修订本 )测查智力 ,足月小样儿组 ,语言智商平均为99.7,操作智商为 99.40 ,总智商为 10 1.77;早产低出生体重组三个智商平均数分别为 99.83、10 1.77、10 0 .87。正常分娩组的三个智商平均数分别为 99.10、10 0 .83、10 0 .0 7,经 F检验 ,值分别为 0 .12 (ns)、0 .18(ns)、0 .13(ns) ,P>0 .0 5。应用 Achenbach行为问卷调查发现 ,低出生体重组总 T分和外向 T分明显高于对照组 ,差异有非常显著意义 (P<0 .0 1)。 结论 低出生体重对儿童智力及社会适应能力的发展无负性影响 。

Objective To explore the effect of low birth weight of children on their intelligence and their behavior. Methods Twenty children born with full term and low birth weight, 20 born with preterm and low birth weight, and 20 born with full term and normal birth weight were evaluated by intelligence and child behavior at six years of age. Results The average intelligence of all the 3 groups are in normal range, and the difference are not statistically significant, but the difference of child behavior check are statistically significant( P <0.01). Conclusion The low birth weight have no effect on personal intelligence, but do have some effect on child behavior.
