摘要
根据食品机械与设备课程的特点,分别从合理选择教学内容、合理利用多媒体技术、加强实践环节教学、优化课程考核体系等等方面,讨论了提高课程课堂教学质量、培养学生能力的问题.
According to the characteristics of "food machinery and equipment" course, the questions on improving classroom teaching quality and developing student's ability are discussed respectively from the following aspects: choosing the teaching contents properly, using multi-media technique rationally, and strengthening practical teaching, optimizing curriculum evaluation system.
