摘要
根据食品机械与设备课程的特点,分别从合理选择教学内容、合理利用多媒体技术、加强实践环节教学、优化课程考核体系等等方面,讨论了提高课程课堂教学质量、培养学生能力的问题.
According to the characteristics of ＂food machinery and equipment＂ course, the questions on improving classroom teaching quality and developing student＇s ability are discussed respectively from the following aspects： choosing the teaching contents properly, using multi-media technique rationally, and strengthening practical teaching, optimizing curriculum evaluation system.
