石墨炉原子吸收光谱法检测饲用酶制剂中的铅

Detemination of Lead in Feed Enzymes by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

试验采用湿法消解处理酶制剂中的铅，使用石墨炉原子化器进行检测，添加基体改进剂，并采用标准加入法，结果标准大米回收率为98．45％～107．9％，样品加标回收率为90．5％-114．0％，相对标准偏差均〈5．0％。

To test the lead in feed enzymes, the samples were treated by the wet digestion, detected by the graphite furnace atomization, matrix modifier and standard addition method were also used to get the satisfied re- sults. The recoveries were in the range of 98.45%-107.9% for standard rice, and 90.5% -114.0% for samples, the RSD was less than 5.0%.
