小儿急性充血性心力衰竭肌钙蛋白水平与病情危重程度的相关性研究

A study on relativity between the level of cardiac troponin with the severity of the illness in pediatrics

目的 探讨心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)水平与心力衰竭危重程度之间的关系。 方法 采用免疫化学发光测定法 ,检测心脏病 6 0例 (心衰 30例 ,非心衰 30例 ) ,对照组 2 0例的cTnI水平。 结果 表明心衰组cTnI浓度增高 ,与其他两组比较差异显著 (P <0 0 1) ,cTnI水平与心衰严重程度呈正相关 ,死亡病例cTnI升高明显。 结论 cTnI可估计急性心肌损伤程度 。

Objective To explore the relativity between the level of cardiac troponin I(cTnI)with the degree of state of acute congestive heart failure.Methods Concentrations of serum cTnI were measured in a cohort of children with heart disease( n =60),in which 30 were heart failure and 30 were not,and a control group( n =20) with Chemiluminescent Immunoassay(CLIA).Results The level of serum cTnI were obviously elevated in the heart failure group.There were significantly statistical differences between the heart failure group and the other two groups( P <0 01).There was a positive correlation between the level of cTnI and the degree of state of the heart failure.The level of cTnI was significantly elevated in the died case.Conclusion cTnI can be used to assess the degree of acute cardiac injury,furthermore is a reference of outcome in patients with heart failure.
