Remote data communication can be realized using Sockets class in C# to write a protocol similar to FTP, This procedure can change observers＇ bare edited messages during meteorological observation into standard format of meteorological telegraphs automatically, and then sent them to a specified server through the network. It solves the problem that a message cann＇t be sent timely while the network is interrupted abnormal- ly, and it can also send a variety of unconventional and offtime telegraphs in forecasting business.
