能源价格促进能源效率提升的实证分析

基于向量自回归模型,通过协整分析、Granger因果检验、脉冲响应分析和方差分解分析,实证研究了能源价格与能源效率之间的关系。研究结果表明:从长期来看,中国能源价格的上涨能促进能源效率的提升。从短期来看,中国能源价格的上涨是促进能源效率提升的原因,但反之不成立。能源价格的正向冲击会促使能源效率提升,这种效应在短期内增长较快并能够长期保持。

This article conducts an empirical research on the relationships between energy prices and energy efficiency based on vector autoregressive modeland through cointegration analysis, Granger causality test,im- pulse response analysis and variance decomposition analysis. The findings Indicatethat the rise ofenergy price can promote energy efficiency in the long term. In the short term,the rise of energy price is the Granger rea- son of energy efficiency improvement,not vice versa. The positive impulse of energy price can improve energy efficiency,and these effectscan grow rapidly in a short time and willbe kept for a long time.
